Knowing that your suspended access equipment provides a safe and secure work environment will give you peace of mind. And, in the case of permanent systems, inspections are required annually as per OH&S Regulations for Window Cleaning. SSI will also confirm your system’s compliance with CSA AZ271-98 Safety Code for Suspended Elevating Platforms and CSA Z91-092 Health and Safety Code for Suspended Equipment Operations.

SSI provides safety inspections for both permanent and temporary suspended access equipment. Our qualified inspectors will examine all related components of your application and, if needed, provide detailed recommendations to bring your equipment up to code.

SSI’s safety inspectors are qualified to inspect the following components:

Permanent Systems – Davit Systems, Monorails, Permanent Platforms and Custom Installations
Roof Anchor Systems
Hoists – Qualified and Certified Mechanics for ASTROHoists, Hi-Lo Climbers, Pocket Climbers, Tirak Hoists
Rigging – On Site Inspections
Fall Arrest Equipment and Systems
